About the Designer
I don't just make the browbands, I use them too!
I am a dressage rider with over 20 years of riding behind me. I've competed in everything from pony hunters to equitation finals to jumpers to eventing and now dressage. My horse is a 9 year old Paint mare who loves to show off a new browband.
Last year we attended many of the USDF region 8 shows including Westbrook Hunt Club, King Oak, Centerline Events at HITS, and NEDA Fall. I've had the opportunity to clinic with the likes of Cesar Parra, Elisabeth Austin, Melanie Tenney, Yvonne Coleman-Larson, Dee Loveless, and Lynne Kimball-Davis. This year we'll be focused on training and moving up a level or two.
When I'm not riding or making browbands you can find me working on a PhD in developmental biology. My thesis is research based, but I also do a fair amount of teaching and attend conferences all over the world.
